“Duncan was engaged by Dunedin City Council in 2013 to review the problem definition and the proposed interventions for a site with multiple intermittent road safety issues. His ability to understand a client’s perspective combined with his understanding of traffic engineering enabled him to produce a report that included interventions that had not been considered previously. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan for future work”        RON MINNEMA, SENIOR TRAFFIC ENGINEER DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (2013)

“Duncan is a great reliable guy with a wealth of traffic engineering knowledge and more importantly, actual experience. I had the pleasure of working with Duncan during the last 3 months of 2013 within the Traffic Operations section of the Christchurch City Council Transport and Greenspace Unit. He was of practicular value due to the many unusual situations we were dealing with post earthquake. Duncan his the ability to focus on the real issues required to resolve a traffic engineering problem and always shows his broad skill base by looking at the bigger picture in conjunction with resolving the immediate problem. He also his the ability to look outside the square to come up with the best end result back with sound technical support for that solution. I would have no problem recommending Duncan to carry out any Traffic Engineering works for potential clients of his”
