“Duncan was engaged by the Dunedin City Council in September 2013 to carry out a Stage 3 Detail Design Safety Audit for a proposed $1.5m cycleway project in the South Dunedin area.  Duncan produced a high quality report in a timely manner and the report covered off the necessary aspects of the audit very well. The audit resulted in several design changes being made to improve safety aspects of the project.  Duncan has a good open minded approach to his work and liaised well with the Dunedin City Council staff during the audit process”
